About GutGloWithin

About Sara Rawda

CNP, NNCP

I’m a Holistic and Clinical Nutritionist specializing in digestive health, working with top GI clinics in Toronto and a 5-star hospital in California. At GutGloWithin, I blend science-backed nutrition with a holistic approach to help individuals heal from within and build a balanced, mindful relationship with food.

I founded GutGloWithin…

…to help people heal from the inside out—physically, emotionally, and mentally. I created this practice for those who are overwhelmed by conflicting nutrition advice, struggling with chronic gut issues or hormonal imbalances, and tired of short-term fixes.

GutGloWithin is for people who are ready to invest in themselves and want a realistic, sustainable approach to wellness. My clients are often busy professionals, young adults, or women in transitional life stages—seeking guidance that fits into their lifestyle while addressing deeper root causes.

Night Person or Morning Person?

Night Person or Morning Person?

This past year I’ve become more of a morning person. I’ve created a calming morning routine before work, waking up a little earlier to have some uninterrupted time to myself. Although, I’ll always love sleeping in when possible!

Fun Facts…

my first job was actually teaching! I spent 2 months in Serbia teaching English to students from ages 8-18 years old through a volunteer program at my university. I then worked at an elementary school in Toronto while I was continuing my studies. I loved all of it. They may have been my students on paper, but in reality, I learned the most meaningful lessons in patience and compassion.
